The UG8 platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and any account found to be in violation of this requirement will be closed immediately.

One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at UG8. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

Payment from Own Account

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. UG8 does not accept third-party deposits and any such transactions will be reversed.

Bonuses Subject to Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by UG8 are subject to their respective rollover requirements and terms of use. Please read the terms of each promotion carefully before claiming any bonus.

Fraud & Abuse Prohibited

Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or use automated software to play is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ug8 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other medium we provide — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the ug8 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and UG8. We recommend that you save or print a copy of this document for your own reference.

Membership Eligibility

To be eligible to use the UG8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

  • Aged at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.
  • Be a legally competent individual capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  • Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is fully prohibited under local law.
  • Have never been banned or blocked by UG8 previously for reasons of terms violation.
  • Registering under your own name and not on behalf of any third party.

UG8 reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Account Registration

Account registration at UG8 is free and open to all individuals who meet the eligibility requirements above. During registration, you are required to:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address.
  • Set a strong password and keep it secure. ug8 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
  • Completing the required identity verification (KYC) process before making your first withdrawal.
  • Only register one account only. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, please contact ug8 customer support immediately.

Deposits & Payments

UG8 accepts multiple deposit methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

The terms relating to deposits are as follows:

  • The minimum deposit is RM 10 for most payment methods.
  • All deposits must be made using a registered payment method on your own behalf. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
  • UG8 does not charge fees for deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
  • UG8 reserves the right to request proof of payment or additional supporting documents for security verification purposes.
  • Any deposit made erroneously, fraudulently, or through unauthorised means will be reversed and the associated account will be investigated.

Deposits made via DuitNow, FPX, and e-wallets are typically credited in under 30 seconds. Any unexpected delays must be reported to customer support within 24 hours.

Withdrawal

Ug8 members may withdraw funds to a registered and verified bank account or digital wallet. The following withdrawal conditions apply:

  • The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 unless otherwise stated.
  • The recipient account must be in the same name as the ug8 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
  • Full KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal is processed.
  • Withdrawal processing times vary according to VIP tier and the selected withdrawal method.
  • UG8 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for security review purposes if deemed necessary.
  • Funds obtained through fraudulent means, system exploitation, or breaches of terms are not eligible for withdrawal.

Any suspicion of money laundering, terrorism financing, or other illegal activities will be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the user.

Section 6

Bonuses & Promotions

UG8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. General bonus conditions are:

  • Each bonus has a rollover requirement (wagering requirement) that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be made.
  • Bonuses may only be claimed by one account per individual, per household, per IP address, or per device.
  • UG8 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if there is reasonable suspicion that it is being misused or exploited.
  • Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
  • UG8 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or terminate any promotion without prior notice.

Section 7

Games and Betting

All games offered on the UG8 platform use an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) system to ensure fairness and randomness in every outcome. Game terms are as follows:

  • Players are solely responsible for their wagering decisions. UG8 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of gameplay.
  • The use of automated software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
  • UG8 reserves the right to void any wager suspected of involving fraud or manipulation.
  • Winnings obtained through technical errors or system malfunctions are invalid and will not be paid out.
  • In the event of a dispute relating to game outcomes, ug8 server records shall be final.

User Code of Conduct

All UG8 users are expected to act with respect and responsibility. The following behaviour is prohibited on the UG8 platform:

  • Threats, abusive language, harassment, or discrimination directed at other users or UG8 staff.
  • Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
  • Spreading false or misleading information about ug8 to others.
  • Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law.
  • Collusion or cooperation with other players to defraud the system or other players.

Violations of this code of conduct may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination depending on the severity of the violation.

Section 9

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. ug8 recommends the following security measures:

  • Use a strong password containing a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
  • Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
  • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for an additional layer of protection.
  • Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a public or shared device.
  • Contact customer support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

UG8 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Be cautious of phishing attempts impersonating UG8.

Personal Data Protection

UG8 is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws in Malaysia. Data we collect is used solely for platform operational purposes and is never sold to third parties.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content found on the UG8 platform, including but not limited to designs, graphics, logos, icons, text, images, audio, video, and software, is the exclusive property of UG8 or its licensors.

  • You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written consent from ug8.
  • The trade name "UG8" and related logos are registered trademarks protected by law.
  • Using platform content for commercial purposes without authorisation constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may be subject to legal action.

Account Suspension and Termination

UG8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account for the following reasons:

  • Violation of any term within this document.
  • Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
  • Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
  • Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the specified timeframe.
  • Account termination request submitted by the user through the proper channels.
  • Orders from legal authorities.

In the event of termination due to a terms violation, ug8 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance for which wagering requirements have not been met. Eligible real-money balances will be returned in accordance with established procedures.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, UG8 is not liable for:

  • Financial losses incurred as a result of gaming activity on the platform.
  • Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet connectivity issues, power outages, or force majeure events.
  • Technical errors that are unavoidable despite reasonable efforts being taken.
  • Actions or omissions by third parties, including payment providers or game suppliers.

Amendment of Terms and Conditions

Continued use of the UG8 platform following any amendment to the terms shall be deemed acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account and discontinue use of this platform.
