UG8 is more than just an online gaming site. We are a community built on trust, safety, and a genuine passion for delivering the best gaming experience to every Malaysian player.
UG8 is an online gaming platform operating exclusively for the Malaysian market. We began operations in 2018 with a clear vision — to deliver a gaming experience on par with a world-class physical casino, accessible from anywhere and at any time via your smartphone or computer.
UG8's journey didn't start big. We began as a small team of individuals passionate about gaming technology and deeply familiar with what Malaysian players are looking for. From there, we kept growing — improving the platform technologically, expanding the game selection, and most importantly, building trust with our ever-growing player community.
Today, ug8 has become one of the most recognized names in Malaysia's online gaming industry, with over 500,000 registered members playing actively every day. We are proud of this achievement, but we are even prouder of the trust our player community has placed in ug8.
Two strong pillars that guide every decision we make
To provide the safest, fairest, and most enjoyable online gaming platform for Malaysian players. We are committed to ensuring every ringgit you deposit is handled with full integrity, every win is paid out accurately and promptly, and every gaming experience becomes a good memory — not a disappointment.
To become Malaysia's number one most trusted online gaming platform, chosen by players from all walks of life. We want to be the first name that comes to mind whenever someone in Malaysia wants to play online — not because we are the loudest, but because we are the most trusted and the most consistently delivering the best.
Six key reasons that set ug8 apart from other platforms in Malaysia
All your transactions and personal data are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by Malaysia's leading banks. Our automated fraud monitoring system runs 24/7 to keep your account safe at all times.
From Live Casino with real dealers, modern video slots, thrilling fish shooting games, to classic table games — ug8 offers over 1,000 titles from the world's leading providers so you never run out of choices.
Supporting all major Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. Deposits are credited instantly, while withdrawals are processed in minimal time without unnecessary hassle.
The ug8 iOS and Android app is designed to deliver a seamless gaming experience wherever you are. With a user-friendly interface, responsive controls, and performance optimization that keeps games running smoothly even on moderate internet connections.
Ug8's Bahasa Malaysia-speaking customer support team is ready to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat. We understand your issues better because we speak the same language, with the same Malaysian context.
UG8's 5-tier VIP Program delivers real, tangible rewards — automatic weekly cashback, a personal account manager, higher withdrawal limits, and invitations to exclusive events. More than just a label, these are privileges that truly make a difference.
Every milestone we have reached is the result of the trust and support of the Malaysian player community. This is our journey.
UG8 launched with its first game collection and a core payment system, starting out with a few hundred registered members from Malaysia.
Adding a Live Casino section with real dealers makes UG8 more competitive and attracts a wider audience of players.
The launch of our iOS and Android apps opens the door for more Malaysian players to enjoy UG8 anytime, anywhere.
UG8 reached a historic milestone of 100,000 registered members and launched its first official VIP program.
Reaching 500,000 members with a fully upgraded platform, over 1,000 game titles and broader payment support.
As a platform built specifically for the Malaysian market, UG8 understands that community trust is our most valuable asset. That is why every decision we make — from selecting game providers and designing the interface, to supported payment methods and promotion terms — is made with the interests and comfort of Malaysian players as our top priority.
We are also committed to responsible gaming. ug8 provides tools and resources to help players manage their gaming activity in a healthy way, including options to set deposit limits, loss limits, and break periods from the platform. We believe that healthy entertainment starts with smart choices.
Fair play is at the core of everything we do. All games at UG8 use independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) systems to ensure every game outcome is random and free from any manipulation. You can play with full confidence that the odds you receive are the real odds.

If you ask any long-time ug8 player why they have stayed loyal to this platform after all these years, the answer you hear most often isn't about the number of game titles or the size of the bonuses. The most common answer is trust. Trust that their money is safe, that their wins will be paid out, and that their issues will be taken seriously.
That trust doesn't come for free and isn't built in a day. It is built through thousands of consistent interactions — every time ug8 customer support answers a query quickly and accurately, every time a withdrawal is processed without issue, every time a promotion is delivered without hidden conditions, and every time a technical issue is resolved promptly. That is what builds genuine trust.
UG8 believes that great entertainment must be responsible entertainment. Online gaming can be a fun and rewarding source of enjoyment when played wisely, but it can also become a problem if left unmanaged. That is why UG8 invests in systems and tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity.
Our platform provides options to set daily or weekly deposit limits, session time limits, and the ability to take a temporary break or voluntarily close your account if needed. We also actively identify play patterns that may indicate a problem and take proactive steps to assist the player in question. For more information, visit Responsible Gaming page us.
The seamless gameplay experience you enjoy at UG8 is the result of continuous investment in our technology infrastructure. Our servers are optimized for fast load times and stable connections even during peak hours when thousands of players are online simultaneously. Our systems are also built with multi-layer redundancy to ensure near-100% platform availability at all times.
For Live Casino games in particular, UG8 partners with leading streaming technology providers to ensure high video quality and minimal latency. The real-time, live dealer interaction you experience at UG8 is on par with what international-class online casino platforms have to offer.
We don't stop here. The ug8 technical team works behind the scenes at all times to develop new features, improve performance, and keep our platform relevant and competitive. Feedback from our player community is the primary guide for our platform's development direction, and we deeply value every suggestion shared.
