Manage Your Account Settings

Update your personal information, change your password, enable two-factor authentication (2FA), and manage responsible gaming tools such as deposit limits and session time limits from within your account.

ug8 Login Security

Your account security is ug8's number one priority. Every login session is protected by top-tier security technology to ensure only you can access your account.

256-bit SSL Encryption

All data transmitted during login is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same technology used by Malaysia's leading banks to secure online transactions.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Enable 2FA for an extra layer of security. Every login will require an OTP code sent to your registered phone number — blocking unauthorised access even if your password is compromised.

Login Activity Monitoring

Ug8 monitors every login attempt and will notify you via SMS if any suspicious login activity is detected from an unrecognised device or location.

Auto Logout

Inactive sessions will be automatically logged out after a set period of time to protect your account if you forget to log out from a shared device.

Strong Password Policy

Ug8 requires a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols to protect your account against brute-force password attempts.

Ug8 Login — Secure, Fast, and Easy

If you are a returning ug8 player, logging in is the first thing you do every time you open the platform — and we make sure that process is as simple and fast as possible without compromising security. Just enter your phone number and password, and within seconds you are inside your account, ready to play.

Ug8 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted during the login process. This means your password information is never sent in a readable form to any party between you and our servers. The same technology is used by Malaysia's leading financial institutions to secure online banking.

Steps to Log In to Your ug8 Account

1
Open the ug8 Platform

Visit ug8.top via your web browser or open the ug8 app you have already downloaded on your device.

2
Enter Phone Number

Enter the Malaysian phone number you registered with when creating your ug8 account.

3
Enter Password

Enter your account password. Make sure no one else can see your screen.

4
Login & Play!

Click the Login button and you will be taken directly to your ug8 account dashboard.

If you are on a personal device, enable the "Remember me" option to skip re-entering your password each time. Do not enable this option on public or shared devices.

Tips for Keeping Your Account Secure

While ug8 does everything possible to protect your account on the platform side, there are several steps you can take yourself to add an extra layer of protection to your account:

  • Use a unique password for your ug8 account — never reuse a password from another account.
  • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings for effective added protection.
  • Never share your password with anyone, including anyone claiming to be ug8 staff.
  • Always log out of your account when you are done playing, especially when using a shared device.
  • Contact ug8 customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Ug8 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you receive such a request, it is a phishing attempt — ignore it and report it to our support team.

Useful Links

Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered phone number and you will receive an OTP code via SMS to reset your password. After setting a new password, log in as usual. If your phone number has changed, contact ug8 customer support via 24/7 live chat for further assistance.

Your account may be temporarily suspended for several reasons — too many consecutive failed login attempts, suspicious activity detected, or you have activated a self-exclusion period via the responsible gaming settings. Contact the ug8 customer support team via live chat to find out the exact reason and next steps.

For security, ug8 allows only one active session at a time. If you log in from a new device, your previous session will be terminated automatically. This is a protective measure to ensure no one else can access your account simultaneously. You can log in from your phone, tablet, or computer — but only one session at a time.

Log in to your ug8 account, go to "Account Settings" then select "Security". You will find the option to enable two-factor authentication. Once enabled, every login attempt will require an OTP code sent to your registered phone number as additional verification.

While ug8 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your data in transit, we advise caution when using public Wi-Fi. For best security, use your personal mobile data network or ensure you are connected to a trusted VPN when public Wi-Fi is unavoidable.

This may happen if you entered a phone number different from the one used during registration, or if you do not yet have a ug8 account. Make sure you enter the correct number in the exact format required. If the issue persists, try logging in using your email instead. If you are certain the number is correct, contact ug8 customer support for verification.
